Impark Acquires The Assets Of Metro Parking Ltd., and Urban Autopark Ltd.

VANCOUVER, B.C., Canada – October 13, 2006 – Impark (Imperial Parking Corporation), one of North America's leading parking operators, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Metro Parking Ltd. and Urban Autopark Ltd.

Originally founded in 1951, Metro Parking Ltd. has expanded its operations to fifty-nine management and lease locations. This portfolio, of over eleven thousand parking stalls, serves a wide scope of customers and clients throughout Vancouver, British Columbia. Urban Autopark Ltd., established in 2002, is comprised of twenty-four management and lease operations with four thousand, five hundred parking stalls in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
