Walter Stuelpe: Chairman
Mr. Stuelpe is intimately involved in acquisitions, strategy development for portfolio companies and coordinating marketing and business-development activities for both PREF and PMF. During a distinguished 35-year career he presided over a $1.5-billion parking management service company and is widely regarded as among the chief pioneers of the parking industry. During his career, he has originated and completed $170 million worth of parking-related real estate transactions. At the same time, he has initiated and overseen the friendly acquisition of 15 parking management companies, establishing a track record as a proven parking-industry integrator. A past president of the National Parking Association, he has also been awarded the Excellence in Management Medal by Case Western Reserve University and the ESPRIT Award for Excellence by Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Stuelpe received his BA from Indiana University.

 

E. M. de Windt, Jr.: Senior Managing Director
and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. de Windt is responsible for acquisitions, strategic planning, reporting and information technology. He has been a founding partner in two private equity firms, and was formerly an officer for a New York City-based real estate developer, which owned and operated more than two million square feet of space. In all, he has taken part in originating, negotiating and structuring more than 40 transactions worth in excess of an aggregated $300 million. He has been recognized by several leading publications, including Crain's Cleveland Business, which tapped him as one of its "40 Under 40" emerging business leaders.

Mr. de Windt received his MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Williams College.


R. Graham White III: Senior Managing Director
and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. White serves as Gates Group Capital Partner's chief investment officer. In that role, he is responsible for originating, negotiating and structuring all aspects of transactions related to the acquisition of parking assets. He has served as a corporate vice president and director of acquisitions for First Union Real Estate Investment Trust, a prominent REIT which acquired and operated parking assets in urban areas throughout the United States. During his career, he has directly originated more than $1.2 billion in debt or equity placements. Mr. White has also overseen the acquisition or asset management of 18 parking properties with a combined value of nearly $200 million. He is a past recipient of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors Sales Transaction of the Year Award.

Mr. White received his MBA from American University and BA from Hampden-Sydney College.



James H. Redd, Jr.: Managing Director
Mr. Redd is responsible for business development for the firm's real estate and infrastructure investment platforms. He was formerly a Managing Director with Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. where he focused primarily on infrastructure financings for the firm's public finance clients. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Redd was a Managing Director and Manager in the Public Finance Department of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. Mr. Redd has completed financings in excess of $5 billion during his twelve years as an investment banker.

Mr. Redd received his MBA from Loyola College and a B.S. from Towson University.






Davis B. Bonner: Vice President
Mr. Bonner is responsible for transaction management and financial analysis of acquisitions and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Gates in 2004, he was most recently Assistant Vice President for acquisitions and investor relations of a Cleveland, Ohio-based public REIT. During his career he has sourced, securitized and sold over $400 million in mortgaged backed instruments.

Mr. Bonner received his MBA from The College of William and Mary and a BA from The University of Virginia.







Jeffrey S. Guffey: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guffey is responsible for accounting and finance for Gates Group Capital Partners, including financial reporting and investor relations, as well as transaction support. He was formerly a Managing Consultant with Navigant Consulting in Washington, DC. Prior to Navigant, Mr. Guffey was the Chief Financial Officer for a hospitality management and development company.

Mr. Guffey received his MBA from The College of William and Mary and a B.S. from The University of Virginia.
